Managerial Skills and Organizational Performance: Competitive Advantage

چکیده

The purpose of the following research was to analyze how management skills affect organizational performance and contribute SMEs' competitive advantage. This study has a quantitative approach by applying questionnaires sample 273 companies in Caquetá, mainly commerce, manufacturing, services sectors. main results reveal that managerial are variables impact advantage SMEs department Caquetá.
